This age restriction is mandated by Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming. phjiliplus strictly enforces this requirement and will not knowingly permit any person under the age of 21 to register or use the Platform.
By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. phjiliplus reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. If you are found to be under 21, your Account will be immediately suspended, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposited funds will be returned to the payment method used for deposit, subject to applicable verification procedures.
The Platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited or restricted do so at their own risk and in violation of these Terms. phjiliplus reserves the right to restrict access from any jurisdiction at its sole discretion.
To register an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account termination.
Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. phjiliplus employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate Accounts. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, all Accounts associated with that individual will be suspended, bonus balances will be forfeited, and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities.
phjiliplus is required by applicable regulations to verify the identity of all Players. You may be required to submit government-issued identification (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/GSIS ID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or Account suspension.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party or allow any other person to access or use your Account.
You agree to notify phjiliplus immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. phjiliplus will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.
Account sharing — allowing another person to use your Account, or using another person's Account — is strictly prohibited. Any winnings generated through Account sharing may be voided, and the Accounts involved may be suspended.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account, whether or not authorized by you, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
phjiliplus accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, and major Philippine bank transfers including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. Accepted payment methods may change from time to time, and the current list is displayed on the cashier page within your Account.
Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your Account instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to process, depending on the sending bank. phjiliplus is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
All transactions on the Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Deposits made in other currencies will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. Currency conversion fees, if any, are the responsibility of the Player.
Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the cashier page. phjiliplus reserves the right to modify minimum deposit thresholds at any time with reasonable notice to Players.
Players may set voluntary deposit limits on their Accounts as part of our Responsible Gaming tools. Once a deposit limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period before the increase becomes active. See Section 12 for further details on Responsible Gaming tools.
Withdrawals are available to Players who have completed KYC verification and have a verified Real Money Balance in their Account. Bonus Balance funds are not directly withdrawable and must first satisfy applicable Wagering Requirements before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
phjiliplus aims to process withdrawal requests within one (1) hour for GCash and PayMaya during standard operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.
Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent deposit, in accordance with anti-money laundering requirements. phjiliplus reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed on the cashier page and may vary by payment method. phjiliplus reserves the right to apply withdrawal limits at its discretion, particularly where unusual account activity is detected.
phjiliplus reserves the right to refuse or delay a withdrawal request where: (a) KYC verification has not been completed; (b) there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity; (c) the withdrawal would result in a negative Account balance; or (d) the Account is under investigation for a breach of these Terms.
phjiliplus offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions of each promotion, which are published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotion terms. For example, a ₱500 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement must be wagered a total of ₱15,000 before withdrawal eligibility is established.
Bonuses are available to eligible Players only. phjiliplus reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion. Players who have self-excluded or set account restrictions may not be eligible for certain promotions. Bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent bonus terms — including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using low-risk betting strategies to satisfy wagering requirements, or colluding with other Players — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. phjiliplus reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings and to suspend or terminate Accounts where bonus abuse is detected.
Bonus funds and free spins are subject to expiry periods as stated in the relevant promotion terms. Expired bonus funds will be removed from the Account automatically. phjiliplus is not obligated to provide notice prior to the expiry of bonus funds.
All games available on the phjiliplus Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted in real time by trained dealers and are subject to the same fairness standards.
Each game has its own set of rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of any game before placing wagers. phjiliplus is not liable for losses arising from a Player's misunderstanding of game rules.
In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, the affected round may be declared void and any wagers placed during that round will be refunded to the Player's Account. phjiliplus's decision in such matters is final.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of phjiliplus.
The phjiliplus name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of the Company. Unauthorized use of these marks is strictly prohibited.
phjiliplus collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
phjiliplus implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and financial data. However, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and phjiliplus cannot warrant the absolute security of information transmitted to or from the Platform.

Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately upon confirmation. During a self-exclusion period, your Account will be locked and cannot be reopened before the exclusion period expires. Requests to shorten a self-exclusion period will not be entertained.

phjiliplus's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
phjiliplus does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
phjiliplus reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or regulatory requirements.
Upon termination for cause (including breach of these Terms), any Real Money Balance remaining in your Account may be withheld pending investigation. Where termination is not for cause, any verified Real Money Balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any verified Real Money Balance will be returned to you following the completion of applicable verification procedures.
phjiliplus reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect, where reasonably practicable.
The effective date of the current version of these Terms is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to phjiliplus's customer support team for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be referred to the appropriate regulatory body or courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
